Aster Topolski (She/her) received her MFA at California College of the Arts in 2023, with a focus on acrylic paintings that present a contrast of abstract and figurative imagery representing and embodying the complexity between human and non-human animal relationships

Topolski received her BFA from Miami international university of Art and Design with a focus on painting and ceramics in 2020.

 

Born July 15th, 1996, and raised in Rochester, New York; and currently residing in Rochester NY. ​

 

next to working as a practicing artist, she is employed with Rochester Institute of Technology and University of Rochester as an Adjunct Professor in the art and art history department. 

Aster Topolski is the current Director and permanent collections manager of Davison Gallery at Roberts Wesleyan University
